Our anti spam service reduces spam to almost zero immediately, but the anti spam engine continues to improve spam performance based on your criteria. By marking mail as "spam" the engine learns to recognize similar messages in the future. To mark email as spam you first will need to log into your account.
1. Select the Reporting tab.
2. Change the date range to the timeframe you received the spam email.
3. Find the email and click on the word Clean.
4. Select the Options tab at the top of the new window that appears. Click on the Mark Message As Spam link. Your message has now been marked as spam.
