How to Manually Whitelist a Sender in your Anti Spam Account
When manually whitelisting a sender you must log into your account.
1. Select the Filter Rules tab.
1. Select the Filter Rules tab.
2. After selecting the Filter Rule tab click on User Whitelist below.
3. To whitelist a specific email address click on the Add... button under Whitelisted Email Addresses. To whitelist a specific domain click on the Add... button under Whitelisted Domains.
4. A box will open. Enter the Sender Email or Sender Domain into your whitelist. Click save.
