When searching for a spam message you will need to insure you are searching across all cluster nodes. Cluster nodes provide redundancy and to facilitate load sharing. To do this log in to SpamArmor.

 

 

1. Click on the Reporting tab.

 

 

2. Select the date range your spam was sent in.

 

 

 

3. Click on the Display Settings tab.

 

 

4. If the Only show messages for local cluster node is checked, uncheck it.

 

 

5. You are now set up to review all cluster nodes within your anti-spam service.
