Cloud server setup times 

Your cloud hosting account will be ready within minutes after your paid order. After submitting your order and payment, you will receive an email confirming your account is setup along with login information. If there are any verification issues, you may be asked to provide additional documentation so that we can verify your billing or payment information. Unfortunately, this extended verification is due to the amount of fraudulent orders received. To protect you, the card holder, we may occasionally need extra information. 

After logging into your cloud provisioning portal, navigate to the "List Services" section and from there you can build your new server by selecting your operating system, memory and disk space. Once you hit the submit button, your new server will be built within 1-2 minutes. If you made a mistake, you can always adjust your resources or just delete the server and build it again. You can even reinstall it with an different operating system if you wish to.
