Setup of Outlook 2013

 

If this is not your first time opening Outlook Skip to Here

 

1 Start Outlook. The First time opening Outlook a screen like this will pop up.

 Add an Email Account

 

2. Click on the Next Button and then you will see this screen.

3. On This Screen input Your Name on the top line Just as you want it to show on outgoing emails. The Second line is whichever email you are setting up. And the last two lines are your password. After everything is entered in click on the next button.

4. This screen will show for a few minutes. Then you should have the next screen pop up

 Finished

Click on the finish button and your mail account will be setup, depending on the amount of mail you have and speed of connection your email should sync up in the next few minutes to an hour or two.

 

Add an Email Account to existing Outlook

1. a Click on the File tab

1. b You should get this window, if you do not see the Add Account check to make sure that Info is highlighted, click on the Add Account button.

2. Click on the Next Button and then you will see this screen.
