Cloud servers and blocks - What are they?

Back

What is a "block" in terms of Netsonic Cloud Servers?

We use the term "blocks" as a form of incrementally building cloud server resources. Each block is the foundation for the basic specifications (memory, disk, CPU) of your cloud based server. Each block builds from the previous, adding up to create the foundation of a server with just the right amount of resources you need. You could start by purchasing a 1 block server and upgrade it at any time in the future, day or night whenever you need.   Adding or downgrading blocks is how you scale up or down, your cloud based server.

You can view the block resource allocations from the Netsonic cloud hosting order page. Click the block icons to view the different resource allocations each level of service offers.
