News: Cloud 3 Upgrades - March 20

2:17AM CDT We are currently working through an issue with the vendor on a storage issue. Once this is resolved we will bring all cloud servers back online.

3:12AM CDT - We are performing the routine startup for the storage system. We will start the cloud servers within the hour.

4:04AM CDT - Client cloud servers are being brought online.

All but (2) client cloud servers were successfully brought online by 5:30AM CDT. We apologize for the extended maintenance window; during the window a bug was found in the vendor's storage code which needed to be fixed and then the storage system was scrubbed to ensure there were no errors. This final operation is what created the delay in bringing some cloud servers online.
