9:50 AM CST - We found an issue with the public side firewall on the cloud3 platform causing an inability to reach the public side IPs in the 220.127.116.11/24 subnet. We have corrected this issue and will continue to investigate further to determine exact cause of the event. I am sorry for the problems this caused you.
